The company is flexible and on time. They called the day before and 30 minutes prior to the appointment to confirm that everything runs smoothly. They gave us a 2-hour arrival window (10-12PM), but our guy, Antoine, came promptly at 10AM. He first looked at our couch and gave us honest recommendations for which services were necessary.

My roommates and I are so happy with the services that Antoine provided. He was super nice and professional. Everything was done in less than an hour!
